How to use the support form inside the platform?

We provide a support form directly in our user interface, for you to make any kind of inquiry, be it a question, reporting a bug, suggesting a feature / functionality or anything else. Through this form you can also directly search our FAQ and Knowledge Base, to find guidance and solutions for using our platform. Once you submit your inquiry, we will register it and make sure to reach out to you as soon as possible.


To load the support form, just click the "Need help?" tab, in the right hand side of your screen:



This loads the form, which looks and works like this:
